What You’ll Be Doing

As a Junior Account Manager , you’ll support the growth of our business by:

Building and managing client relationships – understanding hiring needs and providing recruitment solutions.

Partnering with recruitment consultants to ensure successful candidate placements.

Managing the recruitment process – from job briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Delivering excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

🔹 Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken) – essential for supporting our Benelux clients and candidates (mandatory)

🔹 No experience needed, fresh graduates are required for this opportunity.

🔹 Ambitious & sales-driven – eager to build a career in recruitment and account management.

🔹 A great communicator – confident in speaking with clients and candidates.

🔹 Organized & proactive – able to manage multiple accounts and recruitment processes.
