Recruitment Consultant- Delivery

You’ll become a specialist in your market, sourcing top tech professionals, managing candidate journeys, and supporting our consultants in delivering outstanding results.

Responsibilities-
Source, engage, and qualify high‐calibre IT candidates across a range of technical roles
Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer stage
Work closely with consultants and account managers to understand client requirements
Maintain strong candidate relationships and build a trusted network within your tech niche
Support the delivery of recruitment projects by ensuring a consistent pipeline of talent
Continuously refine sourcing strategies to improve speed, quality, and efficiency
Qualifications-
Experience in IT or tech recruitment (agency or in‐house) of like 1 to 2 years.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
KPI‐driven, organised, and comfortable working to deadlines
Self‐motivated with a proactive approach to sourcing and delivery
Collaborative mindset and willingness to support wider team goals.
