Location: Split between Leeds and Greater Manchester (5 days on-site)

Salary: £50,000 (dependent on experience)

Experience level: 2+ years

If you're an all-rounder who's comfortable wearing a few different hats then this could be the role for you!

It's a mix of Scrum, BA, and Product with it leaning more towards the Business Analysis side of things.

You'll be part of a team of 10, working closely with their Delivery Manager and keeping everything running smoothly on the day to day.

I'm not after a super regimented Scrum Master, just someone who gets agile, respects the process and knows how to make it work for the team (rather than the other way around).

It's a super varied role that's ideal if you enjoy a bit of everything and like being the person who connects the dots and keeps things moving!

What You'll Be Doing

Helping run stand-ups and other agile ceremonies

Supporting delivery across multiple projects

Working with stakeholders to gather and shape requirements

Managing and prioritising the backlog

What are we looking for

• Someone with a decent amount of experience in either a BA/ Product, or a hybrid role (and have been acting as a Scrum Master during this time)
• An individual that has a solid understanding of agile ways of working
• Someone who's organised, people-focused and proactive
