G.Digital have exclusively partnered with an exciting HealthTech business looking to hire a Lead Data Engineer to help kick off a build of a brand-new Data Engineering function from the ground up.
This isn’t your standard contract its a leadership role so definitely won’t suit everyone... 👀
🔥 Initially, you’ll be hands-on delivering a critical Data Engineering project expected to run for the first 3–6 months
🔥 From there, you’ll have the autonomy to define what the Data Engineering capability looks like moving forward, tooling, architecture, strategy and team build included
🔥 Huge opportunity to genuinely influence engineering direction within a scaling business
What they’re looking for 👇
😍 Strong hands-on Data Engineering experience across Python, Spark, SQL and PySpark
😍 Experience working with hyperscaler cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
😍 Exposure to modern tooling including Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and PowerBI
😍 Previous experience building, leading or mentoring Data Engineering teams
