The Role

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software projects and programmes
• Own timelines, budgets, scope and quality outcomes
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and client stakeholders
• Manage governance, reporting, risk and dependency planning
• Drive effective delivery practices and continuous improvement
• Contribute to the development of wider delivery capability

• Proven experience delivering large-scale software initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Commercially aware with sound judgement and decision-making ability
