Tech You’ll Use

• Kotlin & Node.js (multi-threaded, cloud-native backends)
• React & TypeScript (scalable frontends)
• AWS (fully cloud-based)
• Event-driven architecture (Kafka, Pub/Sub, queues)

What You’ll Do

• Architect and scale the core platform
• Lead engineering best practices from the start
• Build systems that handle real-time, high-volume data
• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and founders
• Hire and mentor future engineers

You Bring

• Start-up or early-stage product experience
• Strong backend engineering with concurrency / scaling chops
• Experience designing modern cloud infra
• Ability to move fast and own big decisions
