The role? 😎

- shape a new Engineering function (tech agnostic)

- shape and oversee the Tech & Architecture strategy

- oversee teams in the UK and oversees

Experience you need? 👩 💻

- proven experience overseeing and scaling Software Engineering teams

- proven experience driving Tech, R&D & Architecture strategy

- previous Software Engineer with an active interest in new and emerging technologies

- experience building & delivering AI products
