We’re working with one of the UK’s leading financial platforms as they continue scaling their engineering function and modernising their technology estate - They're really driving AI innovation and adoption!
Now they need a Principal Engineer to help shape their front end, drive prototyping initiatives, improve developer experience and bring fresh thinking around modern engineering practices, including AI tooling and automation 🤖
This role would suit someone who still enjoys being technical butttttt has evolved beyond wanting to code 24/7.
Someone solution focused, highly collaborative and comfortable operating across teams, stakeholders and large scale engineering challenges.
