Product Manager
Product Manager (Internal Platforms)
We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of internal tools and platforms that support operational teams across logistics, finance, and commercial functions.
You’ll define product strategy, prioritise initiatives, and work closely with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve efficiency and drive measurable outcomes. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong stakeholder collaboration, and a willingness to test ideas and iterate quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Own internal products from discovery through delivery and improvement
- Manage the product roadmap and backlog aligned with business goals
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations through tools, automation and integrations
- Work with engineering to build and improve internal systems and third-party integrations
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and measure success
- Run experiments, prototypes and MVPs to validate ideas before full development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations, logistics, finance and commercial areas

Skills & Experience
Essential
- 3+ years’ experience in a Product Manager or similar role
- Experience managing internal tools, operational platforms or B2B products
- Understanding of APIs, integrations and working with engineering teams
- Experience with product analytics and data-driven decision making
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing product roadmaps and backlogs
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working and tools such as Jira
Desirable
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics or marketplace environments
- Experience running experiments, MVPs or A/B tests
- Experience working in start-up or scale-up environments
