This role is perfect for someone who’s been there, done it and understands both the opportunity ANDDDD the frustration that can come with data in healthcare.

You’ll be hands on, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, while also acting as a strong, steady voice when it comes to stakeholder management and delivery 🙌

What you'll be doing:

✨ Owning data driven products end to end

From idea to launch (and everything in between), you’ll take full ownership... shaping the vision, driving the strategy and making things happen

✨ Bridging business and tech like a pro

You’ll sit comfortably between engineers, data teams and stakeholders to translate complexity into clear, actionable direction without the jargon overload

✨ Making smart, data led calls

You’ll cut through the noise, using insight and experience to prioritise what really matters and keep things moving

✨ Having your team’s back

You’ll create the space for your team to do their best work... managing expectations, removing blockers and pushing back when needed (in the right way)

✨ Influencing without the ego

You know how to bring people with you, when to challenge, when to align and how to handle tricky conversations with confidence and empathy

✨ Keeping things secure and on point

You’ll make sure governance, security and compliance aren’t afterthoughts, they’re built in from day one

💰 Salary up to £55k (depending on experience)
