🧠 What You’ll Bring:

• Deep expertise in C# / .NET development
• Strong front-end and UX focus - delivering seamless, engaging interfaces
• Fantastic experience working on client-facing projects and managing stakeholder expectations
• Exposure to AI or experience contributing to AI projects
• Proven experience mentoring and leading junior developers
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for driving technical excellence

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications
• Driving front-end initiatives with a focus on user-friendly experiences
• Mentoring and guiding mid-level developers, fostering a high-performing team
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape architecture and introduce emerging technologies
• Applying DevOps techniques to streamline workflows and deployments
• Presenting technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
