You’ll be hands on, working closely with delivery teams, whilst also acting as that key link between business and tech that keeps everything moving 🙌
What you'll be doing:
✨ Owning requirements end to end
From early discovery through to delivery, you’ll shape, refine and manage requirements so teams have exactly what they need to build
✨ Bridging business and tech like a pro
You’ll sit between engineers, architects and stakeholders translating complexity into clear, actionable outputs without the fluff
✨ Getting into the detail
User stories, process mapping, data flows, integrations... you’re comfortable getting properly stuck in
✨ Supporting delivery
Working closely with agile teams, refining backlogs, answering questions and making sure nothing blocks progress
✨ Having your team’s back
You’ll manage expectations, push back when needed and make sure delivery teams are set up for success
✨ Influencing without the ego
You know how to bring people with you, handle tricky conversations and keep things moving without creating noise
🏡 Hybrid: London (2 days a week)
💰 Salary up to £65k (depending on experience)
