I am hiring for Account Manager – Software & Services - IT Cloud Sales

Location: London / South East (Hybrid)

Job Description:

  • Creating an account strategy to drive sales across the business.
  • Producing proposals and presentations for assigned client supported by members of the organisation.
  • Proactively identifying customer needs and business opportunities.
  • Working closely with other business units to expand cross selling opportunities.
  • Liaising with other members of the business on existing accounts.
  • Building relationships with key personnel within customer accounts.
  • Monitoring client satisfaction post sale and ensuring a high level of customer service internally.
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual financial targets
  • Meeting with senior management for business planning.
  • Generating ideas for new revenue generation within large customers.
  • Possibility of leading an internal sales person to support the Account Director and vertical.
  • Manage Tier 1 enterprise clients within a fast-growing IT consulting and cloud solutions environment
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across client organizations and technology partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive cross-selling of consulting, SaaS, and resourcing solutions
  • Lead complex sales cycles including proposals, presentations, and negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and sales teams to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction
  • Maintain CRM pipeline, forecast revenue, and consistently achieve sales targets
