Location: London / South East (Hybrid)
Job Description:
- Creating an account strategy to drive sales across the business.
- Producing proposals and presentations for assigned client supported by members of the organisation.
- Proactively identifying customer needs and business opportunities.
- Working closely with other business units to expand cross selling opportunities.
- Liaising with other members of the business on existing accounts.
- Building relationships with key personnel within customer accounts.
- Monitoring client satisfaction post sale and ensuring a high level of customer service internally.
- Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual financial targets
- Meeting with senior management for business planning.
- Generating ideas for new revenue generation within large customers.
- Possibility of leading an internal sales person to support the Account Director and vertical.
- Manage Tier 1 enterprise clients within a fast-growing IT consulting and cloud solutions environment
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across client organizations and technology partners
- Identify new business opportunities and drive cross-selling of consulting, SaaS, and resourcing solutions
- Lead complex sales cycles including proposals, presentations, and negotiations
- Collaborate with internal delivery and sales teams to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction
- Maintain CRM pipeline, forecast revenue, and consistently achieve sales targets
