Business Analyst – Agile Delivery

I am hiring for Business Analyst – (Agile Delivery / Scrum)

Location: Northampton - Hybrid / 2-3 days Per week in office

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to operate across multiple levels of detail—from high-level Epics to detailed user stories.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Familiarity with Better Backlogs and Ways of Working frameworks.
