Business Analyst - (Current Accounts/CAPL/Banking)

I am hiring for Business Analyst (Current Accounts/CAPL/Banking)

Location: Northampton, UK (2–3 days onsite per week)

Job Description:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from EPIC to user story level with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritise backlog items.
• Create artefacts including As-Is/To-Be process flows, wireframes, and documentation to support delivery.
• Work closely with Solution Architects and Engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Support governance and change processes using tools like JIRA, ensuring alignment with organisational standards.
