Business Analyst - Retail Banking- Current Accounts
We are hiring for Business Analyst (Business Change Analyst/Product Owner/Agile Designer) - Retail Banking- Current Accounts
Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in Northampton Office
- Proven track record as a Business Analyst within a major UK retail banking environment, specifically supporting "Needs Lab" or Retail Banking change initiatives.
- Extensive experience working with specific internal "Better Ways of Working" (BWow) methodologies and "Better Backlog" principles
- Deep functional knowledge of Current Account products, overdraft propositions, and associated retail customer journeys.
- Proficiency in the full Agile life cycle, including lead responsibility for Jira/Confluence management, backlog refinement, and Scrum ceremonies.
- Expert at translating business needs into technical documentation, ranging from high-level Epics to granular User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria.
- Skilled in creating technical context artifacts, including As-Is/To-Be process mapping, wireframes, and feasibility studies alongside Architects.
- Strong understanding of banking governance and demand processes to ensure all change initiatives meet strict regulatory and internal standards.
