Current Accounts - Business Analyst (Account Needs Lab)

We are hiring for Current Accounts - Business Analyst (Account Needs Lab)

Location : Hybrid 2 -3 days per week in Knutsford Office

• Should have strong understanding of Current Account products, overdrafts, and associated retail banking customer journeys.
• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from Epic through to Story level. Work closely with Product Owners to ensure user stories are clear, actionable, and include robust acceptance criteria
• Develop essential context artifacts, including As-Is/To-Be process flows, wireframes, and data mapping to inform downstream delivery.
• Adhere to RB CAPL governance and demand processes, maintaining high standards of documentation within JIRA for Epics, Capabilities, Features, and Stories.
• High proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum) and advanced usage of JIRA and Confluence.
