End-User Computing (EUC) Lead(GWS/Apple ecosystem/Digital Workplace)

I am hiring for End-User Computing (EUC) Lead(GWS/Apple ecosystem/Digital Workplace)

Location: London - Hybrid / 2-3 days Per week in Office

• Strong knowledge of Apple ecosystem (macOS, iOS, iPadOS)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive)
• Proven experience in delivering training to diverse audiences
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and support end-user technology issues
• Passion for digital adoption and enhancing user experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EUC, Digital Workplace, or Technology Adoption roles
• Familiarity with BCPS tools and enterprise Apple environments
• Experience in regulated or large enterprise environments
• Content creation skills (training materials, videos, guides)
• Relevant certifications (Apple ACSP/ACTC, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals)
