HRBP / Employee Relations Manager (Resource /ER / HR Manager)

We are hiring Employee Relations Manager (ER Manager)

Location : Telford

• Lead and oversee end-to-end Employee Relations (ER) strategies and complex case management.
• Strong expertise within the IT Services & Professional Consultancy domain, utilizing enterprise HR Information Systems (HRIS) and case management software.
• Prior experience providing expert advice, legal guidance, and coaching to managers on policy interpretation and conflict resolution.
• Drive performance management initiatives, supporting leaders with appraisals and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
• Proven track record in an HR Management or Senior ER Advisor role, managing high-volume case portfolios.
• Strong mastery of UK employment law, strategic decision-making, and excellent dispute-resolution capabilities.
