I am hiring for Infrastructure Storage Analyst

Location: Coventry, UK (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

Job Description

• Troubleshoot and resolve production storage and infrastructure incidents independently, escalating when required
• Perform technical tasks including storage provisioning, patching, backup configuration, and script maintenance
• Manage and support IBM storage technologies, ensuring availability and resilience across the estate
• Work across clustered environments including Spectrum Scale, Oracle, and ESXi platforms
• Prioritise and manage tickets effectively using ServiceNow to meet SLA requirements
• Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and team knowledge sharing
