Lead Engineer – Agentic AI

I am hiring for Lead Engineer – Agentic AI

Location: London / Sheffield / Birmingham - Hybrid / 2-3 days Per week in Office

• Hands-on software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML and backend development
• Proven experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, or multi-step AI workflows
• Solid understanding of RAG pipelines and Vector Databases
• Experience building and integrating APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications (GCP/AWS)
• Strong knowledge of SDLC processes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
• Ability to work in large enterprise environments and influence senior stakeholders
