Location: UK (Mostly Remote | Occasional travel to London, Birmingham, Manchester or Newcastle)

Job Description:

• Lead the architectural modernisation of a large-scale, brownfield data platform within a public sector environment.
• Re-architect data flows, schema evolution (300+ schemas), and integration patterns to align with enterprise standards.
• Design secure multi-cloud connectivity between AWS and Azure environments ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Define data migration, ingestion, transformation, and storage strategies with minimal disruption to live services.
• Provide architectural governance, technical leadership, and stakeholder engagement across multiple delivery teams.
• Ensure infrastructure, security, and network architecture align with government security and compliance standards.
