Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Senior MarTech Java Developer / Technical Lead to join a fast-paced technology team supporting enterprise-scale digital and marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, and implementation of complex MarTech solutions using AEM, AEP, Adobe Target, and cloud-native technologies

• Develop and support scalable microservices and enterprise applications within AWS environments

• Drive architecture decisions, CI/CD best practices, TDD, and technical governance across platforms

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, consultants, and technology partners to deliver scalable solutions

• Conduct code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical documentation

• Ensure secure, high-performing, and compliant solutions aligned with enterprise technology standards
