Location: Sheffield (Hybrid: 60% office / 40% home) - 3 days per week

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Senior Project Manager to support Cybersecurity Operations & Intelligence initiatives within HSBC. This role focuses on delivering strategic and tactical change, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity goals, and managing end-to-end project execution across Build and Operate workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage medium to large cybersecurity projects, ensuring clear requirements, defined outcomes, and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with control owners, stakeholders, and programme leadership to maintain alignment and transparent project reporting.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure corrective actions where required.
• Prepare business cases, project plans, governance documentation, and operational process updates.
• Produce and execute test plans, manage user testing, and oversee smooth transition to BAU operations.
• Provide programme insights at governance forums and support ExCo-level reporting and action tracking.
