We are hiring for Senior Systems Engineer(HCM / Employee Records, Absence / Recruitment / Learning / Performance - ORACLE)

Location : Remote

• Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, specifically Employee Records, Absence Management, Recruitment, Learning, and Performance Management.
• Proficiency in Fast Formula, HDL (HCM Data Loader), Payroll, and Time & Labour to manage complex data migrations and system logic.
• Lead Incident and Problem Management through root cause analysis, proactive monitoring, and structured "Path to Live" deployment activities.
• Responsible for workload planning, task prioritization, and KPI tracking to ensure seamless service delivery and resource optimization.
