Location: Radford – Knutsford, (Hybrid: 60% office / 40% remote)

On-site Requirement: 3 days per week in Manchester office

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and enhance the ServiceNow product strategy across HAM, SAM, and CMDB modules.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and ServiceNow best practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver optimized asset and configuration management solutions.
• Assess and integrate complementary tools within the IT asset and configuration ecosystem.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring governance, compliance, and best-practice adoption.
