Whatever part you play youll be helping us deliver operational excellence to our customers.At our GKN Filton site, we specialise in the design and manufacture of large complex structural wing assemblies, detailed metallic components and wing systems for a combination of both civil and military aircraft.We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Systems Administrator to join us on a permanent basis.The main purpose of this role is to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of employee data across all HR and time management systems, providing the reporting and system administration foundation that enables the HR function and the business to operate effectively.To put into simpler terms: data input, calculating holiday allowances, and generating system reports.This role would suit someone with a background working in payroll for a large manufacturing business or temporary recruitment agency.This role will be 100% on site at our Filton, Bristol location.What You'll Be DoingMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on the HRIS.Conduct regular data quality audits across all HR systems.Maintain accurate organisational structure and hierarchy within the HRIS.Produce and distribute standing HR reports.Prepare data packs.Ensure the time management system is updated to reflect changes including shift patterns.Provide ongoing payroll support.Liaise with the business on operational matters including factory shutdown arrangements.What You'll BringEssential BehavioursExcellent customer service, able to interface with people at all levels.Excellent English communication skills.Ability to self-organise and prioritise workload.A team player, willing to work with the HR team to troubleshoot issues.High level of discretion and diplomacy working in an HR environment.Essential Skills and ExperienceExperience supporting payroll processesDemonstrable experience administering an HRISExperience producing and interpreting HR data and management reportsSome knowledge of UK employment legislationExperience administering time and attendance systemsAbility to manage high-volume, deadline-driven data processingDesirableCIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People PracticePrevious experience in the aerospace, or manufacturing sectorExperience with SAP HR.Familiarity with data quality frameworksExperience supporting factory or shift-based operational environmentsUnderstanding of training compliance requirementsWhat We'll OfferOnce youre on board youll get the following perks and benefits:Competitive salary dependent on experience. £30,000 to £35,000 pa.Company bonus scheme.Industry Leading Pension Scheme = we'll pay 1.5x your contribution (max 12%).Life Assurance 8 x salary.25 days holiday + bank holidays.Flexible working hours including the ability to finish at early on a Friday.Income protection.Shopping discounts.Cycle To Work Scheme.Employee Assistance Programme.Virtual GP Clinic for you and immediate family.A collaborative, dynamic working environment.As well as a competitive package well offer you a world of opportunity.
