Cloud Platform Lead - Enterprise Cloud Services - OCI/Azure

The Cloud Platform Lead will provide technical leadership and operational oversight of an established enterprise cloud platform supporting critical services within a secure, high-availability environment.

This role is focused on ongoing platform management, operational resilience, secure service provisioning, and continuous improvement. It is not a cloud migration, transformation, or initial setup role.

The successful candidate will ensure stability, performance, security, and governance of cloud infrastructure operating within a 24/7 Real Time operational setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational management of a mature enterprise cloud platform

• Provision and manage cloud services for internal users, application teams, and shared services

• Ensure availability, resilience, and access control across critical systems

• Oversee secure cloud operations in alignment with SecOps frameworks

• Maintain and enhance Infrastructure-as-Code deployments

• Manage patching, upgrades, change control, and life cycle management

• Support incident response and service continuity in a high-availability environment

• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and service teams to maintain compliance and operational standards

Essential Skills & Experience

• Demonstrable experience managing enterprise-scale cloud environments

• Strong knowledge of IaaS and PaaS operational delivery

• Implementing and governing Identity & Access Management (IAM) policies and enterprise landing zone models (network segmentation, guardrails, RBAC, policy enforcement)

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (eg, Terraform, ARM, BICEP)

• Secure cloud operations within regulated or critical infrastructure environments

• Experience supporting 24/7 production systems with strict uptime requirements

• Strong understanding of identity, access management, and cloud governance
