Salesforce Developer - Apex, Lightning Web Components

We're partnering with a leading organisation to hire a Salesforce Developer to work on large-scale, enterprise Salesforce implementations. This is a great opportunity to play a hands-on technical role, shaping high-quality solutions while influencing best practice across the development team.

You'll design and deliver robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Experience Cloud, working closely with Tech Leads and architects on complex integrations and scalable platform design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions
• Develop custom and standard components using Apex, LWC, and Flows
• Refine technical user stories and contribute to technical design documentation
• Support Tech Leads through code reviews, mentoring, and best-practice guidance
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years' Salesforce development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Advanced skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations (REST/SOAP/APIs)
• Strong understanding of performance, scalability, and governor limits
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
