Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer - TypeScript, AWS - Ecommerce ScaleUp - React, Node.js, Serverless

We're working with a fast-growing E-commerce scale-up building a modern, cloud-native platform at real scale. They're looking for a Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer to help shape the technology, mentor engineers, and drive high-quality delivery across the product.

This role offers real ownership, technical influence, and the chance to work on meaningful problems in a product-led environment.

What You'll Do
Own and deliver impactful features end-to-end across Front End, Back End, and cloud
Design scalable solutions using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS
Build and evolve serverless services using modern AWS tooling
Drive continuous improvement through experimentation and A/B testing
Contribute to and improve CI/CD and continuous delivery practices
Mentor junior engineers and help raise the technical bar across the team
Work closely with product and non-technical stakeholders to turn ideas into production-ready solutions

What They Need
Strong experience as a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer
Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
Proven experience building serverless applications on AWS
Familiarity with services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, SQS, AppSync, EventBridge, S3, and Cognito
Comfortable owning technical decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Passion for mentoring and building high-performing engineering teams
