ICT Junior Support Staff Apprentice
Reporting to the Head of I.T , the successful candidate will be hard working and be interested in increasing their experience.
 Role
- Dealing with 1st line support calls
 - Setting up users on all systems and applications.
 - Setup of new laptops and desktops
 - Assistance with server setup and migrations
 - DR testing
 - Office 365
 - Mimecast admin
 
Training
The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 3 Digital Support Technician Qualification through Learning Curve Group.
You will be taught through:
- 4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 sessions with your tutor
 - 6 weekly hours of off-the-job training
 - The course is a 14-month programme
