Recruitment Limited is delighted to partner with an Award-Winning UK based FinTech Company who are looking to add an experienced Java Tech Lead to their development team reporting to the Head of Engineering.

I am looking for an Experienced Java Tech Lead who has been leading successful Java teams and is looking for a new challenge
- the core tech stack is: Java 8, Spring MVC, SpringBoot, REST API's and using build tools such as Maven/Gradle.

You'll be an advocate of best engineering principles (SOLID), ensuring the team is writing clean code, bridging the gap between technical leadership and people management.

You'll be joining a team of 3 Java engineers and leveraging cloud services and third party software to accelerate platform development where appropriate.
