Pre-Sales Engineer– Security Systems

Location: Westminster 3 days per week

A growing international technology business delivering integrated electronic security solutions is looking to hire a Solutions Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer to support projects and key client accounts across the UK.

This is a customer-facing role combining technical design, pre-sales support and commercial input, working closely with senior stakeholders to develop robust, compliant security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support bids, tenders and technical proposals
  • Design solutions across access control, CCTV and integrated security platforms
  • Work closely with key accounts, project teams and clients
  • Interpret client specifications and develop technically and commercially viable solutions
  • Identify opportunities for system upgrades and additional services
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure competitive and compliant solutions

Experience Required

  • Background in electronic security systems (access control, CCTV, integrated platforms)
  • Experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering or system design
  • Understanding of IP networking and security system architecture
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and project stakeholders

Additional Details

  • Hybrid working – Westminster office three days per week
  • Travel to UK client sites when required
  • Security vetting required
