This role sits close to engineering and technology, focusing on turning complex systems into clear, accurate documentation that supports real-world users.

You’ll work independently while collaborating closely with subject-matter experts, owning technical content from first draft through to release. The work spans multiple formats and audiences, with quality and usability at the core.

Key responsibilities

• Create, review, and maintain technical documentation across a range of formats
• Work with engineers, developers, and other SMEs to gather and validate information
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-focused content
• Own documentation accuracy, structure, and consistency
• Support documentation through the full product lifecycle, including updates and change

Key experience

• Proven experience as a technical writer in an engineering, technical, or software-led environment
• Comfortable working with complex products or systems
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across teams
• Experience adapting content for different audiences and use cases
