UK Sales Specialist - Fibre Optic Interconnect Solutions

We are recruiting for a company at the forefront of fibre optic interconnect solutions who are seeking a Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is a remote-based role covering the UK and Ireland, offering an exciting opportunity to work with innovative technology and drive growth in an expanding market. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow market share across the UK and Ireland
- Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities
- Manage and expand existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the internal design and engineering teams to offer tailored solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans
- Proven track record in new business development and increasing sales in current accounts.
- Experience selling fibre optic connectors and/or cables
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment
