GTreasury is scaling its core SaaS platform - and we're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help lead that journey.
This is a senior technical leadership role where you'll combine deep hands-on engineering with architectural thinking, mentoring, and cross-team influence.
Platform & Tech Landscape
- C# / ASP.NET Core
- Angular & TypeScript
- Azure (cloud-native architecture, services, observability)
- Microsoft SQL Server
- CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
- TDD / BDD
- Highly distributed, mission-critical systems
What You'll Lead
- Drive technical design across front-end, backend, and data layers
- Partner with architects and product leaders on platform evolution
- Set engineering standards and raise the technical bar
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers
- Own production reliability in a "you build it, you run it" model
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Deep expertise in .NET, Azure, and SQL Server
- Proven experience designing scalable cloud platforms
- Strong technical leadership without losing hands-on depth
- Comfort operating in complex, regulated FinTech environments
