Data Management Coordinator

Here at GXO, we’re seeking a Data Management Coordinator to join our Hinckley Point C site. You’ll be responsible for delivering accurate, insightful reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll analyse operational data, develop enhanced reporting solutions, and help drive business performance through data-led decision making. Working alongside operational leaders, customers and continuous improvement teams, you’ll play a key role in identifying trends, opportunities and efficiencies across the operations.
This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £37,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Own and manage operational KPI reporting, providing accurate and timely business insights
- Analyse performance trends and conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and enhance management information reporting, dashboards and presentations for internal and customer stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing data analysis that drives efficiencies and cost savings
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Strong experience working with data, reporting, analysis and business intelligence tools
- Advanced SQL and relational database knowledge, including data extraction and quality management
- Experience working with Data Warehouse and ETL processes, alongside formats such as CSV, JSON and Parquet
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels of the business
- Successful candidates must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance prior to commencement, including providing a minimum of 3 years’ UK employment, education and residential history
