Our Programme
This is a 3-year programme where you will be expected to contribute and have an impact from day one. In the first 2 years you will rotate around Digital & Technology departments developing knowledge, skills, and experience in key areas of the business including Automation & Robotics, Product Development, IT, Engineering and Operations whilst supported by a structured learning and development programme. During these 2 years, alongside relevant job-related training, and career support, you will decide an appropriate “pathway” and undertake a relevant qualification or training before you move to your final 1-year placement in that chosen field. In return, we require you to be eager to learn, keen to get ahead, confident in challenging the ‘norm’ and be willing to experience different aspects of the business.

Digital & Technology Graduate pay, benefits and more:
- You’ll be offered a starting salary of £31,000 per annum, rising to £33,000 in your second year
- GXO has a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw upon, a pool of innovators who will support and help you grow
- You will also take part in projects with your Graduate cohort, as well as the Million Makers competition; organising fundraising activities to raise money for the King’s Trust

What you’ll be involved in as a Digital & Technology Graduate:
You will help deliver innovative solutions and shape the future of the logistics industry. This is both a challenging and exciting programme in equal measures. You will learn all aspects of supply chain and be involved in exciting and meaningful projects that will help you decide the best pathway for your career.
What you need to succeed as a Digital & Technology Graduate:
- As a minimum, we require you to have a 2:2 or above in any stem graduate qualification or equivalent graduating in 2026 or within the last 5 years
- The passion & aptitude to work in the Digital & Technology field
- Right to work in the UK beyond a Graduate Visa or Skilled work route
- Full Driving Licence by September 2026
- Flexible approach to location (you will be expected to move around the UK for different placements)
- The drive and ambition to succeed in an exciting and challenging environment
