Location: London, UK (UKI and EU operations)

Budget: Around 100-110K GBP (Plus 15% variable)

Mandatory Requirement:

  • Candidate must have a BE/BTech degree.
  • Must have Selling experience in Cloud and Enterprise Sales.
  • Preferably, should have worked for an Indian Company.

Role Overview

We're seeking a proven new‐business sales leader to define and execute our go‐to‐market strategy for the UKI and EU. You'll build a healthy pipeline, open new logos, and convert opportunities by positioning our solutions to senior stakeholders and decision makers. This is a high‐impact role for a commercially astute, collaborative operator who loves winning new business and scaling repeatable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Define, own, and execute the sales strategy for new business in the UKI and EU market.

Collaborate with Business Unit (BU) Heads to identify, prioritise, and pursue new‐logo targets.

Build, manage, and maintain a predictable pipeline of revenue opportunities from prospecting through to close.

Position company solutions with clear value propositions; run high‐quality discovery, demos, proposals, and consistently close deals.

Leverage executive‐level networks and relationships to accelerate access, shorten sales cycles, and drive growth.

Partner cross‐functionally (sales support, service lines, marketing, product, vendors/alliances) to deliver compelling pursuits and win plans.

Forecast accurately, manage CRM hygiene, and report on KPIs, pipeline health, and conversion rates.

Negotiate commercial terms and manage contracts in line with company policies and risk standards.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to develop strong client relationships at senior/executive level.

Track record of new‐logo acquisition and exceeding new‐business targets in B2B solutions/services.

Comfortable collaborating across teams (sales support, service lines, vendors/alliances) to shape and deliver winning proposals.

Strong commercial acumen with experience leading negotiations and contract execution.
