Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional with strong implementation experience in Telecommunications, Media & Technology (TMT) solutions. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow TNI modules, integrations, CMDB alignment, and telecom service lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow TMT industry solutions.
  • Design & Configure telecom-specific device & Service models.
  • Configure and customize:
  • Form Layouts
  • Playbooks.
  • Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies.
  • Table Structure.
  • CMDB framework
  • Implement telecom service assurance and operational workflows.
  • Develop automation using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
  • Implement Service Graph Connectors for telecom ecosystem integration.
  • Develop and maintain REST integrations with OSS systems.
  • Data loading using Import Sets and Transform Maps.

Role 2: ServiceNow TNI Technical Architect

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with expertise in the telecom industry. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, particularly in the areas of TNI (Telecommunications Network Inventory) and CSM (Customer Service Management). As a Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for our telecom clients, ensuring efficient and effective telecom service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Architect and design ServiceNow solutions tailored specifically for the telecom industry, leveraging TNI (Telecommunications Network Inventory) and CSM.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers, to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
  3. Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle, from solution design to implementation and deployment.
  4. Conduct a thorough analysis of existing telecom processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and automation using ServiceNow.
  5. Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, custom applications, and integrations to meet telecom industry requirements.
  6. Ensure the scalability, performance, and stability of ServiceNow solutions, optimizing system resources and configuration settings.
  7. Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations and customizations, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to industry best practices.
  8. Collaborate with the ServiceNow development team to resolve technical issues, troubleshoot system defects, and ensure smooth system operation.
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, modules, and industry trends, proactively recommending enhancements and improvements to existing systems.
  10. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the telecom support team, assisting with troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ Years of Proven experience as a Technical Architect in the telecom industry, with a strong focus on the ServiceNow platform.
  2. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, particularly TNI (Telecommunications Network Inventory) and CSM.
  3. Solid understanding of telecom industry processes, workflows, and best practices.
  4. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly), integrations (REST, SOAP), and web technologies (HTML, CSS).
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  7. ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM), are highly desirable.
  8. Experience with other ServiceNow modules, such as IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM), is a plus.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
