Investment Banking Senior Analyst / Associate
We are currently working with a high-performing Investment Bank that is looking to hire a Senior Analyst / Associate. This is an excellent opportunity to join a platform with a strong track record, advising businesses across the broader technology and business services landscape. The Role
You will play a key role in the execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates, as well as broader strategic advisory assignments, working closely with senior bankers throughout the deal lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of live M&A transactions within Business & Tech Services
- Build and review financial models (3-statement, DCF, comps, LBO)
- Prepare marketing materials including teasers, IMs, management presentations and pitch decks
- Conduct sector research and company analysis across software, IT services, tech-enabled services, and business services
- Support due diligence processes and coordinate advisors
- Work closely with senior bankers on client interaction and transaction delivery
- Mentor junior analysts and support team development
Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience in Investment Banking / Corporate Finance / M&A advisory
- Strong modelling and valuation skillset
- Excellent PowerPoint and written communication ability
- Strong interest in the Business Services / Tech-enabled services sector
- ACA qualified is advantageous (but not essential)
- Candidates from Top 10 CF teams, mid-market boutiques, or investment banks all considered
- Immediately available or 1-month notice period
