Apprentice Business Development Executive
Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS): we provide voice, data and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish and Benelux business markets.
Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.
What will you be doing day-to-day? 📞
This is the first step into a sales career designed to build your foundational sales skills. Your primary objective will be to proactively identify new prospects for our Business Development Managers, driving revenue growth and exceeding business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify new prospects using various methods, including outbound calling, event/campaign follow-ups, and social media.
- Target Achievement: Exceed a range of monthly KPIs, including daily call stats, average talk time, decision-maker conversations, and successful meetings/opportunities generated.
- Data Alignment: Collaborate with the Marketing department to ensure data quality aligns with the addressable market and Ideal Customer Profile.
- Pipeline Building: Learn and apply our sales methodologies to accurately qualify opportunities and build a pipeline for the assigned BDMs.
- CRM Management: Track all activity in GammaHub (Salesforce CRM) and look for opportunities to enhance system information.
- Development: Shadow BDMs, become proficient at presenting the "Why Gamma" story, and actively contribute to team projects and process improvements.
