Business Development Manager

We are a fast-growing technology company in the AI-driven autonomous logistics and smart port solutions space, expanding globally. We are looking for a senior Business Development leader to drive strategic growth across ports, shipping, and logistics ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop and manage strategic relationships with major port operators, shipping lines, and logistics groups (e.g. global terminal and shipping companies).
  • Drive end-to-end business development from opportunity identification to deal closure.
  • Lead high-level commercial discussions with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Shape go-to-market and partnership strategies for autonomous and AI solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 10–15 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Partnerships.
  • Strong network within ports, shipping, logistics, or industrial/technology sectors.
  • Proven track record closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.
  • International exposure preferred.
