Business Development Manager
We are a fast-growing technology company in the AI-driven autonomous logistics and smart port solutions space, expanding globally. We are looking for a senior Business Development leader to drive strategic growth across ports, shipping, and logistics ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively develop and manage strategic relationships with major port operators, shipping lines, and logistics groups (e.g. global terminal and shipping companies).
- Drive end-to-end business development from opportunity identification to deal closure.
- Lead high-level commercial discussions with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
- Shape go-to-market and partnership strategies for autonomous and AI solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 10–15 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Partnerships.
- Strong network within ports, shipping, logistics, or industrial/technology sectors.
- Proven track record closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.
- International exposure preferred.
