Demand Generation Manager

What you’ll do:
You'll own Gatling's ABM and demand generation engine, turning account signals into pipeline, and content into conversion. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of strategy, content activation, and sales alignment.
What you'll own:
- Design and run account-based marketing (ABM/ABX) strategies targeting ICP accounts
- Build multi-touch outreach sequences across email and LinkedIn
- Translate intent signals and usage data into structured nurturing plays
- Align messaging with DevRel, Product Marketing, and Sales
- Manage and improve CRM lifecycle logic, scoring, and data quality in HubSpot
- Run limited paid retargeting (Google Ads, LinkedIn) to support ABM efforts
You're a fit if you have:
- 5+ years in Demand Gen, ABM, or Growth Marketing in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on HubSpot & Salesforce experience (workflows, scoring, lifecycle stages)
- Experience building and executing multi-channel outreach campaigns
- Comfort owning both strategy and execution
- Fluent English
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with GTM tooling (Clay, Reo.dev, Outreach tools)
- Experience with technical or developer audiences
- Signal-based or intent-driven marketing background
- French is a plus
Experience with technical products, developer audiences, or signal-based marketing is a strong plus.
