Sales Recruitment Leader
We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Recruitment Leader to take ownership of our London Tech team.
You’ll inherit a mix of established and developing consultants, stepping into a role that requires daily sales leadership, real influence, and consistently high personal standards - demonstrated through your own billings, behaviours, and presence on the sales floor.
This is a true front-foot leadership role. You’ll be the one who sets the pace, builds momentum, sharpens expectations, and brings back the ambition and buzz that make London such an exciting market. With a clear commercial target to deliver, your impact will be visible and valued from day one.

What you’ll do? Drive Sales PerformanceLead from the front with high personal billings - aiming £150k from your own portfolio in year one.
Be the key sales influencer on the floor, motivating the team through visible activity, pace, and standards.
Accelerate contract revenue through a hunter mentality: strong pipeline, land-and-expand approach, minimum 5+ active clients.
Build momentum in the London office through hands-on coaching, daily sales rhythm and consistent behaviours.
Strengthen forecasting accuracy and identify new business opportunities.
Quickly build capability across a team with mixed experience levels.
Provide daily coaching on sales activity, pipeline building, client development and best-in-class delivery.

Build a high-performance environment grounded in engagement, pace, and shared standards.
Lead from the front in client generation - you’ll be the voice of best practice for new business.
Ensure a strong balance of fulfilment and sales, supporting consultants to build healthy portfolios.
Foster consultative, long-term client relationships that align with our growth targets.
Bring energy and presence into the London office at least four days a week, helping build culture, community and team cohesion.
Work collaboratively with senior leadership to maintain pace and elevate performance.
