Oracle Fusion HCM OTL Functional Consultant

Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM OTL Functional Consultant to join a major transformation programme on a 6-month contract, based in Watford/Northampton with 3 days per week in the office.

You'll act as the Oracle Time & Labor SME, working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, shape solutions and configure OTL functionality. The role offers the opportunity to work across Workforce Scheduling and integrations with key HCM areas including Payroll, Expenses, Core HR and Absence.
