Opportunity:

  • Release Manager Brands Rollout is responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of Salesforce releases across multiple brands operating on a shared Salesforce platform.
  • The role ensures predictable, high-quality releases, effective brand onboarding, and alignment with business priorities while maintaining platform stability and governance.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

  • 610+ years of experience in Salesforce delivery, release management, or platform operations
  • Proven experience managing multi-brand or multi-org Salesforce deployments
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce environments, metadata, and deployment processes
  • Experience with Agile / SAFe / enterprise delivery models
  • Salesforce platform xkybehq knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud preferred)
  • Salesforce CI/CD and DevOps tooling expertise
  • Release management, change management, and risk management
  • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, ServiceNow (or equivalent)
