BMC Helix Solution Architect6-12 Month Contract | HybridLooking for a BMC Helix Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale service management solutions within a major transformation programme. This role focuses on modernising IT operations, driving automation, and improving service delivery across complex environments.Key Skills & Experience:Strong BMC Helix architecture experience across ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Digital Workplace and AutomationDeep understanding of BMC Remedy, integrations, workflows, forms and service management processesProven experience implementing and aligning environments to CIS Controls v8.1Strong knowledge of ITIL and enterprise service management best practiceExperience integrating Helix with cloud, infrastructure, monitoring and third-party platformsExpertise in automation, orchestration and AI-driven service management capabilitiesPlatform upgrades, migrations, performance optimisation and troubleshootingStrong stakeholder engagement and technical leadership skillsDesirable:BMC certificationsAzure, AWS or hybrid cloud experiencePython, PowerShell, REST API and automation tooling knowledgeExperience within large-scale retail or enterprise transformation programmesAgile and DevOps exposureExcellent day rate available.
