BASE24-eps Developer

This is a senior, an experienced BASE24-eps Developer role to provide end to end development across payment system with a focus on modernizing and evolving BASE24 platform.

In this role, you will act as BASE24-eps Developer, customizing different BASE24-eps components based on the requirements, Scripting, including the migration of from BASE24-classic to BASE24-eps.

Your responsibilities

· Own end-to-end Development for BASE24-eps system.

· Understand the Customer requirements and Prepare the Design/Functional Specifications if necessary.

· End to end Unit Test Plan with execution strategy which includes all the development related core changes.

· Prepare the Implementation plan for Test & Production Systems.

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams whenever necessary.

· Basic understating of BASE24-classic components, Bridge Concept for the Migration Project.

· Ensure the compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g. IS08593,PSD2 etc)

Essential skills/knowledge/experienc e:

· Strong experience and solid understanding of BASE24-eps development and transaction processing flows.

· Understanding of Script uses and its customization.

· Experience working on large-scale payment switch system (ATM, POS , SWITCH)

· Deep Knowledge of :

• IS08583 messaging (VISA/LINK) , Journals, TDEs, Tokens, STM/PSTM.

• BASE24-eps system configuration and control, Layers, Integrated Server, SAF/Context Manager, Database Tables, Perl make.

• HP nonstop tandem architecture

• PATHWAY, TACL, Enscribe, C/C++, Java, XPNET/NCPCOM.

· Experience in:

• Development, Scripting & Compilations.

• Transaction monitoring, debugging, inspect and configurations.

· Strong understanding of :

• BASE24-eps Configurations (Message Delivery, Prefix, Router, Authorization, HISO/BICI, Acquirer, Issuer, Process Control, Environments Management), Trace, DALCI

• Web Services configuration and controls

• TSS , ACI desktop

· Solid understanding of HSM integration ,key management, PIN block formats and cryptography in a payment context.

· Hands on experience with payment security standards: PCI DSS,3-D Secure, tokenization and EMV.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

· Very strong hands-on delivery credentials

· A track record of owning and resolving hard technical problems

· The confidence to operate at pace with senior visibility and scrutiny

· Experience working in complex or regulated environments

· Hands-on involvement in BASE24-classic to BAS24-eps migration programmes
