📍 Luton, UK | 6 Month Contract | hybrid | Competitive Day Rate
We’re looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer with strong exposure to Customer Service and CCaaS environments to support a major enterprise transformation programme. This role is heavily hands-on and suited to someone who can build, customise and optimise modern contact centre capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key experience required:
• Dynamics 365 Customer Service & Omnichannel
• D365 Contact Center / CCaaS development
• Power Platform Development
• C#/.NET Plugins, Workflows & PCF Controls
• JavaScript for Model Driven Apps
• Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio
• Azure Communication Services
• CI/CD using Azure DevOps
• Power BI Reporting & Analytics
• Solution Management within Dynamics ecosystem
Desirable:
• Experience working across onsite/offshore delivery models
